Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or Financial Services.
• Domestic Mortgage experience is eligible.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts with split weekly offs.

Job Details

• Job Title: US Mortgage Specialist (Voice Process)
• Location: Noida
• Experience: Minimum 18 months
• Salary: upto 7-9 LPA
• Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts (Split weekly offs may be applicable)
• Interview Mode: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions related to the US Mortgage process.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality parameters.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 18 months of experience in Banking, Mortgage, or Financial Services.
• Candidates with Domestic Mortgage experience are also eligible.
• Good understanding of the US Mortgage process and terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong comprehension, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts with split weekly offs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or BFSI with exposure to Mortgage processes.
• Voice process or customer service experience.
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
