Job summary

Allan Lloyds Events is seeking an HR professional in Lucknow to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. The role focuses on building a positive work culture, resolving employee issues, and ensuring smooth offboarding processes.

The candidate will drive training programs, performance reviews, and policy updates while maintaining accurate records and ensuring statutory adherence. This position offers growth within a hands-on, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment including drafting JD, posting vacancies and onboarding.
• Experience handling employee relations, conflicts, disciplinary matters and engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leaves, insurance and statutory compliance.
• Experience organizing training programs and performance reviews.
• Familiarity with company policies and labour laws, records management.
• Experience managing exits, final settlements and issuing relieving letters.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and hiring: write job descriptions, post vacancies, screen resumes, arrange interviews, handle offers and onboarding.
• Employee relations: resolve issues between employees and management, handle complaints, maintain culture and engagement.
• Payroll and benefits: manage salaries, bonuses, leaves, attendance, insurance and PF; ensure tax compliance.
• Training and development: run skill trainings, induction programs, career growth plans and appraisals.
• Policies and compliance: draft/update policies, ensure labour law compliance, maintain records.
• Exit management: manage resignations, conduct exit interviews, settle and issue relieving letters.
