Responsibilities

• Recruitment and hiring: job descriptions, postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Employee relations: resolve issues between employees and management, handle conflicts and disciplinary matters, maintain a good culture and engagement.
• Payroll and benefits: manage salary, bonuses, leaves and attendance, administer insurance, PF and other benefits, ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Training and development: run skill training and induction programs, create career growth plans, manage performance reviews and appraisals.
• Policies and compliance: draft and update company policies, ensure labour law compliance, maintain employee records and documentation.
• Exit management: resignation process, exit interviews, full-and-final settlement, issue experience and relieving letters.
