The role focuses on driving patient interest to visit the center, maintaining detailed call records, and ensuring smooth follow-ups and confirmations with centers and patients.

Qualificações

• Outbound calling to patients using mobile phones.
• Handle inbound patient calls to understand requirements.
• Explain available consultations, treatments, and center services.
• Generate and schedule patient appointments at Nexus centers.
• Follow up with interested patients not yet booked.
• Follow up on scheduled appointments to encourage visits.
• Contact previous patients for follow-ups and future consultations.
• Maintain daily records of calls, appointments, follow-ups, and responses.
• Coordinate with center/front-office on confirmed appointments.
• Strive for maximum conversion of inquiries into appointments.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with patients.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Escalate important patient queries to the concerned team.

• Maintain daily records of calls, appointments generated, follow-ups, and patient responses.
• Coordinate with the respective center/front-office team regarding confirmed appointments.
• Ensure maximum conversion of enquiries into appointments and patient visits.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with patients at all times.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Escalate important patient queries or concerns to the concerned team.
