Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work on HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management, and will configure HR workflows, integrations, and catalog items. The role requires strong JavaScript skills and experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for platform development.
• Hands-on with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.

Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
• Hands‑on with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting & platform development
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Service Portal
• Good understanding of ITSM and CMDB concepts
• Exposure to HR lifecycle events and employee workflows
