Job description

ServiceNow HRSD Developer Experience in Servicenow Development with Servicenow Modules like HRSD Chief technical designer for ServiceNow code and architecture, responsible for overall ServiceNow code quality Expertise in HR domain Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, technical solutions, such as client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, scheduled job, import sets and transform maps, ACLs and notifications Develop custom integration components (SSO, CMDB, SAS connectors etc.) and integrate legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, chatops, email and other relevant technologies. Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development . Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD module . Strong knowledge of: JavaScript ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) Flow Designer / Workflow UI Builder / Service Portal Experience with REST/SOAP integrations . Familiarity with HR processes (Employee lifecycle, case management, onboarding/offboarding) . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (CIS-HR) Experience with: Employee Center / Employee Center Pro Virtual Agent & AI Search Performance Analytics Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
