Job summary

Pineq Technology Labs is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to implement and support HRSD across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on configuring HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center and HR Workflows to deliver efficient HR services.

You will develop HR catalogs, record producers, service requests and knowledge management solutions, while building automation with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Notifications and Approvals to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow HRSD expertise with hands-on experience in HR Service Delivery processes.
• Experience configuring HR Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, HR Workflows and related modules.
• Ability to design and implement HR catalogs, record producers, service requests and knowledge management solutions.
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Notifications and Approvals.

Job Requirement

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 68 years of ServiceNow experience and strong hands‑on expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD). The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow HRSD solutions across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure HR Case Management, HR Services, Employee Center, HR Workflows, and self‑service.
• Develop HR Catalogs, Record Producers, Service Requests, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Build automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Notifications, and Approvals.
• Configure HR Criteria, User Criteria, HR Profiles, Roles, ACLs, and access controls.
• Integrate HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Active Directory, and other systems.
• Configure Agent Workspace, Case Routing, SLAs, Reports, Dashboards, and Analytics.
• Support UAT, testing, defect resolution, production deployment, upgrades, and production support.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support Virtual Agent and AI-powered employee self‑service capabilities.
