Job summary

Shashwath Solution in Pune is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead design, development and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM and GRC. You will work with analysts, architects and process owners to deliver scalable, robust platforms aligned with business goals.

The role requires hands-on scripting in JavaScript, experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and a strong ITIL/Agile background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC.
• Proven experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting in JavaScript.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom application development. This role involves working closely with business analysts, architects, and process owners to deliver scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and
integrations.
Lead end-to-end development of modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps,
or GRC (as applicable).
Develop and maintain custom scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and Script Includes.
Work on integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs,
MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
Maintain and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution
Participate in platform upgrades, patches, and security audits.
Ensure adherence to development standards, version control, and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years on the ServiceNow platform
Strong hands-on experience with core modules: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request),CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Proven experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting in JavaScript.
Experience developing custom applications using the ServiceNow App Engine.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL framework.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required
ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred
Experience with one or more of the following: ITOM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM
Experience with automated testing frameworks (ATF), CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices on ServiceNow
Experience with scoped applications and ServiceNow Store apps

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Performance Analytics and Reporting
Familiarity with Service Portal, Now Experience UI Framework
Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App development
Exposure to multi-instance management or enterprise-scale environments
