Job summary

Digihelic Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD specialist to design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions. You will configure HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Agent Workspace, Employee Center, and document management, and develop integrations with Adobe Sign, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday.

You will lead client workshops, translate HR processes into HRSD solutions, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 5+ years in HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD modules and integration capabilities.
• Experience in solution design, architecture, and technical consulting.
• Excellent client-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to translate HR processes into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Configure HRSD modules such as HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub and HRSD spokes.
• Integrate HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR platforms.
• Configure notifications, reports, dashboards, and HR workflows.
• Prepare architecture designs and PoCs; conduct code reviews.
• Lead client workshops and create HRSD workbooks and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Configure and customize HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Agent Workspace, Employee Center, Employee Document Management, and Virtual Agent.
• Develop integrations using Integration Hub and HRSD spokes such as Adobe Sign and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HCM systems.
• Configure notifications, surveys, reports, dashboards, and HR workflows.
• Prepare solution architecture, technical designs, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
• Gather business requirements and lead client workshops to define HRSD solutions.
• Create workshop presentations, HRSD workbooks, and solution documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow, including 5+ years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong expertise in : 1. HR Case Management2. Lifecycle Events3. Agent Workspace4. Employee Center Portal5. Employee Document Management6. Virtual Agent7. Integration Hub8. HRSD Spokes (Adobe, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Experience in solution design, architecture, and technical consulting.
• Strong client-facing, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading client workshops and translating HR business processes into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HR).
• Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
