Swadesh Mobile in Mumbai is seeking a senior sales leader to develop and execute a wholesale strategy for voice termination and A2P SMS. You will acquire customers among telecom operators, international carriers, SMS aggregators, and CPaaS providers, and enterprise businesses.

You will own revenue growth, margins, and forecasts, coordinating with technical and operations teams on onboarding and interconnections.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B telecom or carrier sales is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.
• Proven ability to own revenue growth and forecasting.

• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, payment terms, and traffic commitments.
• Own revenue, traffic growth, gross margin, customer retention, and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate route testing, interconnections, and onboarding with technical and operations teams.
• Work with routing and pricing teams to maintain competitive offers and service quality.
• Manage strategic accounts, expand business across destinations, and support timely payment collection.
• For leadership-level candidates, build and guide the sales team as the business grows.
