Job summary

Upwardiq Software Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source and screen IT professionals, assess technical fit, coordinate interviews, and drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, maintain records in ATS/Excel, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong communication and Boolean search skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, or other job portals.
• Knowledge of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
