Job summary

Ubique Systems in Kolkata is seeking a Recruitment Professional to handle end-to-end sourcing and delivery for both permanent and contract roles in the Indian IT market. You will source and validate candidates per JD, manage client SPOC, and ensure quality CV submissions to premium clients.

You will headhunt using LinkedIn and X-ray search and work in a competitive target-driven environment. The role requires a graduate with excellent English communication and a willingness to work from office

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant educational background; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment for ( Indian IT market) for both permanent and contract to hire.

Source and validate the candidate as per JD received from multiple sources like Job Portals / references / social media .

Client SPOC handling , requirement management .

Ability to understanding the JD and skills mentioned in JD is must have.

Need to submit only quality CVs to all our premium clients that we work for.

Headhunting and searching the CVs from alternate sourcing medium like LinkedIn and X-ray search.

must be a team player and in a competitive environment where monthly and quarterly targets on recruitment will be there.
