• 3-7 years of IT recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
• Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and niche technology hiring.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring talent across diverse IT domains, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.
