Anany Urja Pvt. Ltd. in Surat is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive rooftop solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. You will meet clients, assess energy needs, and tailor solar solutions.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting site visits with the technical team, negotiating contracts, and closing sales while maintaining CRM records and hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar rooftop sales or similar B2B/B2C sales.
• Ability to prepare proposals and commercial offers.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Rooftop Solar Projects.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their energy requirements, and provide suitable solar solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct site visits along with the technical team whenever required.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
• Coordinate with the Design, Project, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and solar subsidies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Solar Rooftop and Industrial Rooftop Systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
• Good understanding of project costing, commercial proposals, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
