Alpine Knits India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (Sales & Marketing) to promote and sell garment industrial machinery such as sewing, embroidery and cutting machines. The role focuses on generating leads, understanding customer needs and supporting business growth.

Tamil and English fluency is preferred, with Hindi an added advantage. Responsibilities include contacting customers, explaining products, building strong relationships, handling queries and following up on leads to

SALES EXECUTIVE (Sales & Marketing)

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Dynamic & Customer-focused Sales Associates (Sales & Marketing) to join our Team. The candidate will be Responsible for Promoting and Selling Garment Industrial Machinery such as Sewing machines, Embroidery machines, Cutting machines and other related machinery and equipment. This role involves Generating Leads, understanding customer requirements and supporting overall Business Growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and Contact New and existing customers to understand their requirements.
• Explain Products & Services clearly to clients.
• Build & maintain strong customer relationship
• Handle Customer queries and resolve issues.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into Sales.
• Maintain customer database and records.
• Maintain and Update Product Knowledge.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
