The role involves maintaining showroom displays, coordinating with inventory, handling inquiries, and providing after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Job description

• Welcome customers, understand their lighting requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of different lighting solutions, including LED lights, decorative lights, chandeliers, profile lights, and other lighting fixtures.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate prices within company guidelines.
• Maintain product displays, ensure the showroom is neat and organized, and keep products properly labeled.
• Stay updated on new lighting products, designs, trends, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to check stock availability and arrange product deliveries.
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and after-sales service requests professionally.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare bills, and assist with daily store operations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction and increase store sales.
