Job summary

Sora Lights, a premium architectural and decorative lighting brand, is hiring a Sales Associate for on-site work in Ghitorni, New Delhi. The role focuses on responding to inbound leads, understanding client needs, and recommending lighting solutions to architects and designers.

You will prepare quotations, build relationships with contractors, and maintain CRM updates, while handling showroom visits and product demonstrations. English/Hindi proficiency and field visits are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of B2B or premium B2C sales experience.
• Strong communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-driven, organised and persistent with follow-ups.
• Knowledge of lighting preferred; training provided.
• Own two-wheeler for client visits is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads (primarily WhatsApp) quickly and professionally
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations and BOQs; follow up through to order closure
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers and contractors; conduct outreach and site/studio visits
• Keep the CRM updated with lead status, follow-ups and daily activity
• Handle showroom walk-ins and product demonstrations
• Coordinate with operations on order status, timelines and delivery

Requirements

• 1-4 years of B2B or premium B2C sales experience
• Strong communication in English and Hindi
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets
• Self-driven, organised, and persistent with follow-ups
• Knowledge of lighting (lux, CCT, beam angle, drivers) is a plus - training provided
• Own two-wheeler preferred for client visits
