A.G.S. Solutions N Services in Bengaluru, Karnataka seeks a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive new business, manage key customer relationships, present products, and achieve sales targets for our industrial product range.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for product demonstrations and order execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer information.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
