Job summary

Pathak Engineers in Bengaluru invites applications for a customer-facing role within its sales team. The role focuses on connecting with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email, handling assigned leads, and coordinating with sales and technical teams to understand requirements and quotes.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, possess strong follow-up and relationship-building skills, and be proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities -

• Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp & email
• Handle and follow up on assigned sales leads (no cold lead generation required)
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales & technical teams
• Prepare quotations and ensure timely follow-ups with customers
• Maintain regular communication with customers and keep the sales pipeline updated
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM / internal records
• Support the sales team in moving opportunities towards successful closure

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
