Job summary

Zebronics in Chennai is seeking a Sales Support professional to coordinate sales requests with centers and internal departments. You will track sales calls, repairs and replacements to ensure timely closure and provide effective resolutions to queries and escalations.

You will also maintain accurate sales records and assist with warranty/AMC claims, ensuring spare parts availability and coordinating with logistics for dispatches.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication in English, Tamil and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and email usage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
