Job summary

IIFL Finance in Bengaluru is seeking a field sales professional for home loans to meet customers on-field, explain loan products, and drive loan applications.

You will work to achieve sales targets, build relationships by regular meetings and follow-ups, onboard new channel partners, and coordinate with credit for smooth processing and disbursal.

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products.

• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business.
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan.
• Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans.
• Maintain credit quality.
• Onboard new channel partners.
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
