Job summary

IIFL Finance is seeking a field sales professional for Home Loan products across multiple Pune-area locations, including Rajgurunagar/Talvade, Hinjewadi, Lonavala/Kamshet, Pirangud, Katraj, Shirwal, Yevat/Chaufala, Ranjangaon, and Loni Kalbhor.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales within BFSI/NBFC sectors and are capable of meeting targets while building strong customer relationships through regular meetings and referrals.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in home loan or mortgage sales within the BFSI/NBFC sector.

Responsibilities

• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the companys business
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
• Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications
