Job summary

Svatantra Microhousing Finance Corporation seeks to recruit a diligent loan officer to understand customers' housing needs and offer suitable financial solutions. The role involves analyzing income, expenses, and other factors to assess loan feasibility and guide applicants through the entire process until loan sanction.

You will counsel customers on loan opportunities and schedule meetings according to interest.

• Understand housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions.
• Assess customers' need for a home by analysing their ability to service a loan using household income, expenses, social and economic factors.
• Guide customers throughout the loan application process until the loan is sanctioned.
• Counsel prospective customers about loan opportunities and plan meetings based on their interest.
• Confirm credit worthiness by evaluating the loan application and the documents submitted along with it to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Provide information on repayment schedules to customers.
• Prepare and submit loan applications and provide recommendations for approval of loan.
• Handle customer queries and resolve them.

• To understand the housing needs of customers and provide financial solutions accordingly.
• Leveraging financial, analytical and appraisal skills to assess customers need for a home by analysing customer’s ability to service a loan by understanding household income, expenses, social, economic factors and accordingly take in the application
• Guiding customers throughout theentire loan application process until the loan is sanctioned
• Council prospective customers about the loan opportunity and plan a meeting based on their interest.
