Job summary

Sundaram Home Finance Limited in Tamil Nadu seeks a dynamic field sales professional to drive home loan product penetration across Salem, Namakkal, Tiruppur, Coimbatore and Athur.

You will meet prospective customers, explain benefits, and coordinate with internal teams to source business while ensuring proper documentation and compliant processes. Build networks with builders and DSAs to expand channels.

Qualifications

• Experience with secured loan sales and home loan products.
• Strong understanding of market and competitors' products/policies.
• Excellent communication, including local language proficiency.
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Solid negotiation skills for client and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Conduct events and activities to boost branding and customer awareness.
• Develop relationships for sourcing business from builders, AR/DSA/DSA sports? (channels) and direct sources.
• Meet prospective customers to capture requirements clearly.
• Explain solutions and educate customers on benefits.
• Follow up on leads and collect documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate with legal/technical/credit/ disbursement teams for appraisals and disbursements.
• Update customers on application status and nurture cross-sell referrals.
• Prepare and share status of leads and disbursement progress.

Responsibilities: -

• Conducting events and activities for improved branding and customer awareness as directed by branch managers.
• Connecting and developing better relationship for sourcing business from o Builders o AR o DSA o Other channels or direct o Participating in marketing events.
• Meeting prospective customers to understand the requirements clearly.
• Articulating feasible solutions including creating awareness/ educating customers about the benefits of the solution.
• Following up on the leads regularly to understand interest levels and sharing/collecting all necessary documentation for application processing as per the operating guidelines.
• Coordinating with customer and internal teams such as legal/technical/credit/disbursement etc team for appraisals, sanctions and disbursements as required.
• Updating the customer on the application status periodically.
• Developing positive and professional relationship with the customer to enable cross selling, getting referrals and other business opportunities.
• Preparing and sharing status of leads, activity, application process, disbursement etc.
