Job summary

Godrej Capital is seeking a graduate with 1–2 years of experience in Loan Against Property to drive sales at builder and developer sites. The role involves pitching loan products, meeting targets for sanction and disbursement, and handling end-to-end loan processes including risk assessment and documentation.

The candidate will participate in marketing activities to attract customers and manage pre- and post-loan activities, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and smooth portfolio

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Loan Against Property products.
• Ability to pitch and close loan deals at builder/developer sites.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on builder/developer sites and pitch loan products.
• Conduct marketing, sales and brand-building activities to attract new customers.
• Sanction and disburse files per month as per targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Meet customers on builder/ developer site locations and pitch our loan product offerings to them
• Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activity to attract new customers.
• Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per the targets assigned
• Carry out the pre and post-loan activities related to the home loans, meaning: acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clients, financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting the loan applications to the Sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing the repayment of loans to preserve the portfolio quality.
• Getting legal, credit and technical documents completed for the loan proposal and resolve customers queries.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 1 to 2 years experience in Loan Against Property.
Background in mortgage Sales preferred.
