Job summary

Assort 1 Corp Services in Thane, India seeks an energetic field sales professional to drive growth in Home Loans and Loan Against Property. You will generate quality leads, meet monthly targets, and manage channel partners.

You will coordinate with processing teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement while adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with DSAs, builders, and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through open-market field sales, cold-calling, and direct client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, builders, brokers, and local market sources.
• Drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loans.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and portfolio targets.
• Coordinate with internal processing teams and customers to ensure smooth loan sanction, disbursement, and regulatory compliance
