Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services in Jalgaon is seeking a driven loan officer to generate home loan and LAP business through open-market sourcing. You will build leads via DSAs, brokers, builders and referrals, meeting customers to assess financial and property needs.

You will explain loan eligibility, rates and EMI, collect KYC and income documents, drive the loan process from login to disbursement, coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams, and maintain records and daily sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan and LAP business through open-market sourcing.
• Generate leads through DSAs, connectors, brokers, builders and customer references.
• Meet customers and understand their financial and property requirements.
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI, documentation and other product details.
• Complete customer profiling and collect KYC, income and property documents.
• Manage the loan process from lead generation login sanction disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams.
• Follow up on pending documents and approvals to ensure timely disbursement.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction and disbursement targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Monitor the loan portfolio and conduct customer/loan-utilization visits where required.
• Maintain proper records, MIS and daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, credit policies and bank procedures.
