Job summary

Metrixit Solutions is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to partner with engineering leads and hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft detailed job descriptions, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

You will source candidates on LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and job boards, screen for technical fit, coordinate assessments, manage interviews, and assist with offers and onboarding, while maintaining ATS data and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Defining Hiring Needs: Collaborate with engineering leads and hiring managers to understand technical requirements, required tech stacks, and team culture.
• Crafting Job Descriptions: Write clear, accurate job postings that outline technical expectations, responsibilities, and qualifications.
• Sourcing Talent: Find active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Stack Overflow, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Screening and Assessing: Review resumes for technical keywords, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate coding challenges or technical assessments.
• Managing Interviews: Schedule interviews, brief candidates, and collect feedback from the hiring panel.
• Negotiations and Offers: Discuss salary expectations, benefits, and equity packages, then extend formal job offers.
• Onboarding Support: Help new hires complete pre-employment background checks, paperwork, and transition tasks.
• Pipeline and Data Management: Track candidate status using an ATS and keep market insights updated.
