Job summary

Claritus Management Consulting is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with department leaders, define job requirements and cultural fit, and lead open roles through full-cycle sourcing.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage the candidate experience, extend offers, and track hiring metrics in the ATS to drive data-driven recruiting across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managers: Partner with department leads to define job requirements, skills, and cultural alignment for open roles.
• Full-Cycle Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and Boolean search techniques to find active and passive candidates.
• Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interview loops between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage Candidate Experience: Maintain clear, prompt communication with applicants from first contact to offer stage.
• Extend Offers: Negotiate compensation packages and coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Track Data: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated with accurate candidate status reports and hiring metrics.
