Job summary

Fibe is seeking a Team Lead Collections in Gurugram to lead a team of collection executives, drive recoveries, and optimize delinquency management. The role requires strong people management skills and a data-driven approach across Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or BPO contexts.

The candidate will monitor daily activities, coach team members, and ensure adherence to collection policies while delivering MIS reports to management.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in Collections, Recoveries, or Debt Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a collections team.
• Experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Consumer Finance, BNPL, or other retail lending products.
• Strong understanding of collection strategies, delinquency management, and recovery processes.
• Good analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives to achieve monthly recovery and resolution targets.
• Monitor daily collection activities, productivity, and portfolio performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback discussions.
• Ensure timely follow-up on delinquent accounts through calls and other approved collection channels.
• Track key collection metrics such as PTP, RPC, roll rates, recovery %, and delinquency buckets.
• Handle escalated customer cases and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and collection guidelines.
• Analyze collection trends and identify opportunities to improve team performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Training, and other stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with management.
