Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or a qualification in Quantity Surveying).
• Experience as a site Quantity Surveyor on residential high-rise projects is required.
• Hands-on experience in contractor billing, measurement and BOQ preparation.
• Good knowledge of rate analysis, contract terms and tender documents.
• Experience with Mivan construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is expected.
• Strong coordination and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
