Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction or civil estimation.

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare detailed project estimates and rate analysis for civil and construction works.
• Handle tendering, quotation comparison and subcontractor/vendor rate evaluation.
• Prepare and verify client RA bills, subcontractor bills and final bills.
• Conduct and verify site measurements and maintain measurement records.
• Track BOQ quantities versus actual execution and identify variations.
• Prepare material reconciliation for major materials such as steel, cement and concrete.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, wastage and budget.
• Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims and quantity reconciliation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, procurement and accounts teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial documentation and provide regular cost and billing reports to management.
• Ensure timely billing, proper measurement and effective cost control throughout the project.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3+ years in construction
Qualification: Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction-related qualification
