Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan formwork and high-rise building construction. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, coordinate with consultants, PMC, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, quality, and safety.

The role requires reviewing drawings, BOQs, schedules, managing costs and resources, and driving risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Mivan formwork and high-rise building construction.
• Candidate must manage the complete project lifecycle, ensure timely execution, quality, safety, and cost control.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, PMC, clients, contractors, and internal teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete execution of high-rise residential/commercial construction projects.
• Lead Mivan/aluminium formwork construction activities from planning through completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with client, PMC, consultants, architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure activities align with approved schedules.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, finishing, MEP, and related activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and construction methodologies.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective measures.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, productivity, and material consumption.
• Ensure construction activities comply with quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and Safety teams to maintain standards.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors and ensure timely deployment of resources.
• Resolve site-level technical and execution issues in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, inspections, and project records are maintained.
• Drive timely completion of project milestones and handover activities.
