• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Review contractor bills, BOQs, cost estimates, and project expenditures.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 18 to 25 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
• Proven experience in handling high-rise residential.
• Hands-on experience in MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork) construction technology.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, quality control, and contractor management.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants, architects, vendors, and statutory authorities.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites and ensure timely project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
