Job summary

Kenthomes in Kerala is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes strong leadership, technical excellence, and delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will plan, coordinate with clients and consultants, manage site execution, review drawings and contracts, monitor costs, and report progress to management. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting and cost control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and deliver construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and internal teams.
• Prepare schedules and monitor progress; ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage site execution, resources, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs and contract documents.
• Monitor costs and approve bills and material requirements.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions; ensure safety compliance.
• Submit progress reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver construction projects.

• Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage site execution, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor project costs and approve bills, material requirements, and work schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and cost control.
• Familiarity with MS Project, and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills
