Yora Fitness in Chennai, Tamil Nadu seeks a dynamic Pre-Sales Manager to lead membership sales initiatives and convert prospects into loyal members. You will oversee the pre-sales team, drive lead generation through multiple channels, and ensure targets are met while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will conduct gym tours, explain membership plans, nurture relationships with corporate clients, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the pre-sales team to achieve membership sales targets.
• Generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, corporate outreach, and local marketing activities.
• Contact prospective members via phone, email, and in-person consultations to explain membership plans and benefits.
• Conduct gym tours and provide personalized fitness membership recommendations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to maximize conversions.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, residential communities, and local businesses to drive membership growth.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare management reports.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the pre-sales process and support a smooth handover to the operations team.
