WTF Gyms in Noida is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive target achievement, and grow gym memberships. You will oversee day-to-day sales operations, set targets, monitor performance, and coach the team to close memberships effectively.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or team handling, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Excel for sales reporting. This is a full-time on-site role at Noida Sector 9.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/team handling.
