Job summary

DDC Private Limited is hiring a hands-on digital marketer with 4+ years of experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and lead generation. You will manage campaigns, improve organic visibility, track leads through the sales funnel and work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.

Based in Hyderabad, you will work from the office in Kottaguda and use GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel to measure results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Experience with lead-generation funnels and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console and GTM.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Optimize for qualified leads and cost per qualified lead and campaign efficiency.
• Test ad copy, creatives, audiences and landing pages; report results.
• Conduct technical and local SEO work including keyword mapping and site optimization.
• Track leads through the sales funnel and coordinate with sales.
• Use GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel for measurement.
• Prepare campaign and SEO performance reports with practical recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools for research and content briefs with human review.

• Plan, launch and manage lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage Google Search campaigns and other suitable formats, including Display, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Research keywords, audiences, search terms, placements and creatives.
• Optimize for qualified leads and cost per qualified lead, as well as CPL, conversion rate and campaign efficiency.
• Test ad copy, creative, audiences, offers and landing pages; report what worked and what to improve.
• Conduct technical, on-page and local SEO work, including keyword mapping, content optimization, internal links, site structure and Google Search Console monitoring.
• Track leads from the first ad or website visit through sales follow-up and conversion.
• Coordinate with sales on lead quality, response times, follow-up status and feedback.
• Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking tools to measure results.
• Use AI tools to support research, analysis, content briefs and creative ideas, with human review for accuracy and quality.
• Prepare clear campaign and SEO reports with practical recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, technical SEO basics and content optimization.
• Experience with lead-generation funnels, landing pages, conversion tracking and lead quality.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work from the office in Kottaguda, Hyderabad.

Preferred

CRM or marketing automation experience, relevant platform certifications, and immediate availability or a short notice period.
