Job summary

Narasurip Auto Components is seeking a Stores/Materials professional to manage inventory, schedules, and stock reconciliation in Bengaluru. The role involves GRN approvals, supplier coordination, and maintaining optimal stock levels across raw materials, components, and consumables.

The candidate should have a mechanical engineering background with 8–12 years of stores/material experience, strong MS Office skills, and exposure to SAP/ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• 8–12 years Stores/Material experience or demonstrated relevant abilities.
• Excellent MS Office skills; exposure to SAP/ERP; strong problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Release of schedule - Weekly/Monthly.
• Daily inventory summary reports (sub-contract/in-house).
• GRN approval and coordination with Finance.
• Issue RM Annexure.
• Raise Debit/Credit notes.
• Monthly reconciliation (materials/rejection/scrap).
• Monitor critical parts - alert and action plan.
• Prepare monthly stock report.
• Maintain optimum inventory within norms.
• Monitor supplier/delivery performance.
• Issue and receipt of raw materials, components, consumables.
• Periodic stock verification and SAP stock reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory - preserves raw materials and sub-parts.
• Prepare Goods receipt/Inspection report.
• Prepare scrap register.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily Summary report on inventory (Sub Contract /In-house)
• GRN approval & Coordination with Finance
• Issue R M Annexure
• Rise Debit/Credit notes
• Reconciliation-Monthly(Materials/Rejection/Scrap)
• Critical Parts-Alert & Communication/Action plan
• Monthly Stock report
• Maintain optimum inventory standards and managing inventory within the norms
• Monitor daily delivery performance of the supplier and sub contractors
• Issue and receipt of Raw Materials, Components & Consumables.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation with SAP Stock
• Maintains inventory /Preserve/Raw Material/Child parts.
• Prepare Goods receipt/Inspection Report.
• Prepare scrap register

Preferred Qualification & Education

1. Bachelors degree / Diploma in mechanical engineering, A minimum of 8 to 12 Years Stores/Material related experience or have demonstrated knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above mentioned tasks.
