The role requires 2–5 years in Sales Training or related areas, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in fast-paced EdTech/BPO/BFSI environments.

• Experience in Inside Sales, EdTech, BPO, BFSI, or similar high-volume sales environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver induction and onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions on sales processes, products, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Provide regular coaching based on call audits and performance metrics.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, certifications, and practical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, QA, and HR to identify training needs and support launches.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance our teams' sales capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hires, improving product knowledge, strengthening sales techniques, and driving performance through continuous coaching and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions on sales processes, products, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Ensure trainees are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to achieve performance targets.

Sales Coaching

• Conduct regular coaching sessions based on call audits and performance metrics.
• Provide one-on-one feedback to improve sales conversations and conversion rates.
• Support Team Leaders and Managers in identifying development opportunities.

Performance Assessment

• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, certifications, and practical demonstrations.
• Monitor post-training performance and recommend refresher programs where required.
• Track training effectiveness using defined KPIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, QA, and HR to identify training needs.
• Support new process rollouts and product launches through targeted training initiatives.
• Ensure training interventions address business performance gaps.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessment scores, and certification data.
• Prepare training MIS reports and share insights with management.
• Track training completion and employee progress.

Required Qualifications
