Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiters with 1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various IT positions.

Experience in C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate joining.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures and joining.
• Handle C2H hiring requirements and understand contract-to-hire recruitment processes.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
• C2H hiring experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from the office in Sector 4, Noida, five days a week.
