Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
• Assess candidate experience, technical exposure, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
• Work towards recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
• Understanding of IT roles such as Software Developers, Java Developers, Python Developers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and other technical professionals.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
