Job summary

Transcom India in Pune is launching a global E-commerce support process and seeks a Customer Support Executive for International Chat & Seller Support.

This is an in-office role at Kharadi with 5.5-day shifts and incentives on offer, including cab facility.

Candidates with 1+ year international chat experience and strong written English are encouraged to apply; undergraduates and graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year's experience in an International Voice/Chat process.
• Prior E-commerce Seller Support experience is MANDATORY.
• Excellent written English communication & typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for International Chat & Seller processes from the Pune office.
• Address seller queries and assist with order-related issues in real-time.
• Maintain high-quality written communication and response times.
