Job summary

TELUS Digital in Gurugram is seeking a customer service executive to handle inbound calls from wire transfer customers and agents. The role requires taking daily calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate order processing while maintaining a highly regimented schedule and night shifts.

The ideal candidate is 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience or a fresh graduate, with excellent written and spoken English. Relocation to the office is required, and 24x7 operations are supported.

• Fresh graduates eligible.
• Excellent written & communication in English.
• Should be comfortable in night shifts and rotational week offs.

Role & Responsibilities
