Job summary

Expert Staffing Solutions New Delhi seeks a Graduate with 1 year of international voice process experience for a customer support role in Gurugram. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve queries, upsell and cross-sell, and achieve sales targets while ensuring quality service.

You must communicate fluently in English, work in rotational shifts, and be comfortable working from Gurugram. Monthly in-hand salary is ₹32,000 with cab facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience mandatory.
• Experience in international voice processes, BPO, telesales, upselling or cross-selling preferred.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for an international process through voice calls.


• Provide professional and timely resolution to customer queries, concerns, and service requests.


• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.


• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.


• Achieve assigned customer service, sales, and revenue targets.


• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.


• Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM/system.


• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, compliance requirements, and call-handling procedures.


• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.


• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including AHT, CSAT, quality, conversion, and sales targets.


• Adapt communication style according to different international customers and situations.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline graduation is mandatory.


• Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support/customer service experience is mandatory.


• Candidates with experience in international voice processes, international BPO, customer service, telesales, upselling, or cross-selling will be preferred.


• Should have excellent spoken English and confidence in handling international customers over the phone.


• Must be comfortable with customer support + upselling responsibilities.


• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.


• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurugram location.


• Salary: 32,000 in-hand per month.


• Transportation: Both-way cab facility available.


• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period can be preferred.
