Job summary

TELUS Digital in Noida is seeking an International Technical Support professional to assist customers with service needs and resolve network/modem issues. You will guide customers through configurations and provide status updates to ensure service restoration.

Open to 1–5 years experience or freshers, excellent communication is essential. The role requires rotational shifts and offers cab facilities, Medicare and life insurance. Graduation not mandatory for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in International Technical Support.
• Freshers are eligible for the role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ISP, Internet & WiFi issues and router/modem connectivity.
• Willing to work in a 24x7 environment.
• Graduation not required for experienced candidates.
• Rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Undergraduate fresher not eligible / graduates with non-technical education not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service.
• Diagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting.
• Walks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionality.
• Provides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problems.
• Interfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restored.
• Escalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when needed.

Role & responsibilities

• Works with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer service

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (International Telecom Voice) .
• Freshers are eligible for the role.

• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 Working Environment
• Graduation not required for experienced candidates
• Rotational shifts & Rotational week offs
