Job summary

Bandhan Technologies Private Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives for a 24x7 inbound voice process in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

You will handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries, log tickets, resolve complaints, maintain CRM records, support MIS reporting, and manage escalations as per SLA while upholding quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• Freshers or at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Graduate or undergraduate candidates are eligible.
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Salary & Benefits

Experienced Candidates:

• CTC: 2.9 LPA
• Take-home: 18,676 approx.
• CTC structure: 24,496 as applicable

Freshers:

• Take-home: 17,500
