Lebroid Healthcare in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients. You will source candidates through portals, social media, networking and referrals.

You will screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs, ensuring timely communication throughout the process. 3–5 years in HR recruitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Human Resources).
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities including HC & Insurance processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
