Job summary

Nibav Lifts in Chennai district is seeking an HR/TA professional to support PAN India recruitment across roles. You will help formulate job descriptions, source candidates via job boards and social networks, and screen resumes to assess fit.

You will coordinate interviews, assist with offers and salary discussions with the senior HR team, build talent pipelines, and ensure data integrity in the ATS to enable reliable reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating job descriptions for various roles across PAN India operations.
• Source suitable candidates based on job requirements through online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for positions across different levels.
• Facilitate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, conducting follow-ups, managing offer database, and sending rejection notifications via email.

• Assist in salary discussions and offer management in coordination with senior HR team members.

• Help build and maintain talent pipelines and data banks for present and future hiring requirements.

• Maintain data integrity in the ATS to support reporting on recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for Sales Hiring would be a plus.

• 1 - 3 years of work experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
• Exposure to full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
• Ability to support and execute a recruitment strategy with a focus on candidate experience and diversity sourcing.

• Good understanding of sourcing methods, selection techniques, and interview coordination.
• Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of ATS platforms and maintaining recruitment MIS/data.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the HR/TA function.
