ATTAIN Bengaluru is seeking candidates for a contact center role to interface with customers, clients, and vendors. You will escalate issues to supervisory staff and attend training to improve client satisfaction and performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or dropout, 6 months BPO/travel experience, strong written and spoken communication, and willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts in a blended voice environment.
